Giclee print of original acrylic on card painting of a close up image of some interesting rock formations found along the Caithness seacliffs. I am often climbing on the seacliffs when I am there, or kayaking below them, and I am always impressed by the colours and shapes that can be seen when you look closely. This was part of a series of abstract paintings, which I didn’t get photographed, but all sold at the Bridge House Art exhibition ‘Leap’ in 2020. Bridge House Art pushed me to try different things and to be more experimental and less literal with my work. I enjoyed pushing myself to paint less pictural and more abstract.
